A user can give each website or service a unique alias instead of a personal contact address. Messages sent to active aliases appear in the mailservr mailbox, where conversations can be searched, read, archived, restored, or blocked by sender. ## Core terminology - Alias: A unique mailservr address used with a website, store, app, newsletter, booking, or other sender. - Contact email: The private address used for account verification and recovery. - Mailbox: The mailservr interface for alias conversations and attachments. - Shared domain: A mailservr-managed domain available for creating aliases. - Custom domain: A user-owned domain available where supported by the selected plan. ## Main capabilities - Create and manage multiple private aliases. - Read alias mail in a conversation-based mailbox. - Search and filter by sender, subject, alias, date, and attachment status. - Archive and restore conversations. - Block unwanted senders without discarding the alias. - View and download attachments from their conversations. - On eligible plans, send, reply, forward, and schedule mail from an alias. - On eligible plans, create API keys and outbound webhooks. - Use two-factor authentication for account security. ## Current plans ### Free — €0 - 5 shared-domain aliases, with 1 active at a time. - Inbound mail. - 7 days of visible mail history. - 100 MB total attachment storage.
