Mail stays separate

A separate address for every part of your online life.

An alias tells you where a message came from and gives you a clean way to stop it. Your personal contact address never needs to enter the signup form.

Mail lands in mailservr.

Search, archive, and download attachments without mixing alias traffic into your personal inbox. Plus and Max also let you reply.

SearchArchiveReply

Stop the sender or stop the alias.

Block one sender when the address is still useful. Pause the entire alias when you are done with it.

Sender blockedAlias active

From signup to inbox.

Creating an alias does not require a new mailbox setup, DNS change, or forwarding rule.

Create your first alias
  1. 01

    Create an alias

Choose a label and available domain, or generate a random address.

  2. 02

    Use it for the signup

Give the alias to the store, app, newsletter, or service instead of your contact address.

  3. 03

    Read and control the mail

Open messages in mailservr, then archive, block, or disable the alias when needed. Paid plans also let you reply.

An inbox you can actually manage.

mailservr is more than an alias generator. The mailbox has the controls needed to handle daily account mail without handing it off to another provider.

Questions before you sign up.

The short version of how aliases, history, sending, and billing work.

Does mailservr forward messages to my personal inbox?

No. Alias mail stays in the built-in mailservr inbox, separate from the address you use for personal conversations.

Can I send and reply from an alias?

Yes on Plus and Max. Free accounts receive mail only, so you can start without paying and add sending later.

What happens to older mail on the Free plan?

Free shows the latest 7 days. Older retained mail is not deleted and becomes visible again when you upgrade.

What can I do when one sender starts spamming an alias?

Block that sender and keep the alias, or pause the entire alias if you no longer need the address.

Is there an API?

Plus includes one API key. Max includes ten API keys and five webhook endpoints for automated workflows.

Can I cancel a paid plan?

Yes. Paid access continues through the current billing period, then the account returns to Free without deleting retained history.

Create an alias before your next signup.

The Free plan includes five aliases, one active address, a real inbox, and seven days of visible history. You can choose a paid plan later.
