All Sales Are Final

All payments made to mailservr are non-refundable. By starting an annual subscription, you acknowledge and agree that charges are final except where required by law.

Annual Subscription Model

mailservr offers Free, Plus, and Max tiers. Plus (€20/year) and Max (€50/year) renew annually until cancelled. Cancellation keeps paid access through the current billing period, then the account returns to Free without deleting retained mail.

No Refunds

Because paid features are available immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available. We encourage you to review the features and limitations of each plan on our pricing page before making a purchase.

Exceptions

At mailservr's sole discretion, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error
• Payment was processed but paid access was not provisioned because of a system failure

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact support with your payment details and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly.
