Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All payments made to mailservr are non-refundable. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

One-Time Payment Model

mailservr uses a one-time payment model. You pay once for lifetime access to your selected plan (Pro at €15 or Enterprise at €50). There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Once your payment is processed and a license key is issued, the transaction is considered complete.

No Refunds

Because mailservr provides immediate access to the service upon license key redemption, refunds are not available. We encourage you to review the features and limitations of each plan on our pricing page before making a purchase.

Exceptions

At mailservr's sole discretion, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error
• Payment was processed but a license key was never delivered due to a system failure

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact support with your payment details and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank will result in immediate suspension of your mailservr account and revocation of your license. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly.
