1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mailservr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

mailservr provides email alias management, including the creation of email addresses, receiving and sending emails through aliases, custom domain support, and related features. The service is accessed through a web-based dashboard and optional API.

3. Account Registration

To use mailservr, you must create an account and purchase a license. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use mailservr to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages
  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the service

5. Payment Terms

mailservr operates on a one-time payment model. Access to the service is granted upon successful payment and license key redemption. All payments are processed through Stripe. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

The mailservr service, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of mailservr. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

mailservr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a manner that is harmful to other users or our infrastructure. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mailservr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
