1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using mailservr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
mailservr provides shared-domain email alias management, including the creation of email addresses, receiving email, and plan-gated sending through aliases. Custom domain support is not generally available. The service is accessed through a web-based dashboard and optional API.
3. Account Registration
To use mailservr, you must create an account. Free access is available without payment; paid features require an active annual subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use mailservr to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
- Interfere with the operation of the service
5. Payment Terms
Plus and Max are annual auto-renewing subscriptions processed through Stripe. You can cancel renewal at any time and retain paid access through the current billing period. Existing paid users with grandfathered access remain Unlimited. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
The mailservr name, branding, design, and non-code content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Source code is governed by the license, if any, distributed with that source. These terms do not grant additional rights to copy service content or branding.
7. Service Availability
mailservr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a manner that is harmful to other users or our infrastructure. You may stop using the service and request account closure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mailservr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
