Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once and your account is active forever. There are no recurring charges, annual renewals, or hidden fees of any kind.
How can you sustain a lifetime deal?
mailservr does not forward email through third-party providers, which eliminates the largest recurring cost other services face. Our infrastructure costs scale efficiently, making one-time pricing sustainable.
Will you raise prices for existing users?
No. Your plan and its limits are locked in at the time of purchase. We may adjust pricing for new customers, but existing users keep what they paid for.
What if the service shuts down?
We would provide advance notice and full data export tools. The one-time payment model actually makes shutdown less likely because there is no churn pressure to maintain.
